Email Overload
Reading email messages takes up the majority of my time. I have decided to read, act, file or delete. The cc line if for information only and sometimes I do not need to know. If an action is required I highly recommend sending the message to the person who has the action. In addition, I can just as easliy respond by phone to a question or just walk down the hall to see the other person's smiling face.
